ThermoSphere CONNECT Installer Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Important information
a. These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual relationship between Thermogroup Ltd trading as ThermoSphere and you with regards to the ThermoSphere CONNECT Installer Programme (‘the Programme’)
b. These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Data Policy and Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will apply to your membership of the Programme. Please read the Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before registering.
c. We will not necessarily file a copy of the Terms specifically in relation to your use of the Programme. You should therefore save a copy of the Terms to your computer or device for future reference.
d. We may update the Terms at any time without giving notice. Please ensure to revisit the Terms from time to time for the latest revision.2. Information about us
a. The Programme is run by Thermogroup Ltd trading as ThermoSphere. Thermogroup is a company registered in England and Wales, registered address Bridge House, Pattenden Lane, Marden, Kent, TN12 9QJ. Company Number 7964492. VAT number is GB 129420819.
b. References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us", "our” and “ThermoSphere’ are to Thermogroup Ltd.

To be eligible to join the Programme, you must have an email address, be a resident in the UK and aged 18 and over.4. Registration Process
a. To register for membership of the Programme, you must complete and submit the online form which can be found at www.thermosphere.com/thermosphere-connect/sign-up and complete all of the fields.
b. When registering for the Programme you agree to provide us with accurate registration information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided by you is correct. If you discover you have made a mistake with your registration details after you have submitted them to us or your details change, please contact us immediately so that we can correct our records.5. Rewards
a. Upon completed registration as a ThermoSphere CONNECT Member your instantly given access to our installer programmes benefits. After 10 completed and upload installations within a year (January-December) your membership is increased to Master. Details of benefits:

d. The process to claim an installation is as follows:
i. Buy any ThermoSphere underfloor heating system together with a thermostat.
ii. Remember to keep your receipt.
iii. Register online at www.thermosphere.com/thermosphere-connect, complete the form and upload a photo of your receipt.
iv. Once we have verified your details along with your receipt, you’ll have claimed an installation.
v. Claims must be made within 60 days of purchase.
e. All benefits are delivered at ThermoSphere’s discretion.
6. Right to end membership
a. You may cease to be a member at any time by opting out of the scheme by emailing marketing@thermosphere.com.
b. You will not be able to claim any rewards following the cancellation of your membership of the Programme.7. Our right to end your membership
a. We may at any time suspend or terminate your membership without notice if, in our reasonable opinion, there has been a serious failure by you to comply with your responsibilities in the Terms.
b. We may discontinue the Programme at any time. In which case, we will give you reasonable prior notice in order to allow you an opportunity to claim rewards.
c. If we or you end your membership of the Programme we may delete our records of your membership to the Programme and your data without any liability to you.8. Data protection
a. We take your privacy very seriously and we comply with the relevant provisions of UK data protection legislation.
b. We will use and protect any information given to us by you or collected by us during your use of the Website and membership of the Programme in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms you are providing your consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
c. When you join the Programme, you will automatically receive Programme and product related communications from us.
