Betsy Clara House is a purpose built nursing home and one of three in the Paydens Nursing Homes group who were recognised as a Top 20 Care Home Group in the UK. It does a wonderful job in catering for over 50 older people who have dementia.

We worked with the client to specify and provide a brand new heating system because the existing central heating system was failing due to age and therefore becoming increasingly inefficient. The new system was to be installed throughout communal areas, corridors and the bedrooms whilst the care home was at full occupancy.

We installed ThermoSphere 150W/m2 Mesh in all areas with a 10mm self-levelling compound over the top to allow new floor coverings to be laid. The project was completed over 14 phases to minimise disruption to the residents of the nursing home.

Site inspections were arranged for each phase and certification was completed so that the electrician could carry out the final commissioning. Following the completion of the project, we received this lovely testimonial:
