Developed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Cherry Park is a innovative residential-led development next to the Westfield shopping centre in London and expected to be delivered post 2023. The project is part of the wider redevelopment of the Olympic Village and surrounding area.

The development is designed for mixed-use and over 1,200 new homes will be available to rent once fully completed. In addition to new homes, the development will include a swimming pool, gym, office space and picturesque open spaces.

Offsite Solutions are manufacturing a total of 991 bathroom pods for the project and we worked with them on phases 2 and 3 of the development by providing the electric heating solution for 651 out of the 991 bathroom pods. Two types of high specification bathroom pods were manufactured offsite. Each one included the award-winning ThermoSphere Membrane electric underfloor heating system using an output of 130W/m2, 10mm coated insulation board and a Dual Control thermostat which controlled the electric underfloor heating and the towel rail.
