The scheme comprised of the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 54 flats with associated basement parking, access and landscaping works. The project required driveway heating on the slopes that we leading in and out of the development.

We provided a specification for 3 phase driveway heating which included an ice and snow sensor for each slope. The installation of the driveway heating was subcontracted to one of our approved installers.

ThermoSphere Drive intelligent driveway heating senses when there is a risk of snow or ice build-up. The system will automatically switch on if a risk is detected and ensure that driveways and access ways stay safe and usable in cold winter conditions.
