Landmark Pinnacle is an impressive 75 storey residential tower located on the edge of Canary Wharf in London and is one of the tallest of its kind in Western Europe.

Engaging with leading developer Chalegrove Properties Limited, ThermoSphere were tasked with supplying the bathroom heating for 752 residential apartments. Electric underfloor heating was originally specified but whilst engaging with the client, an additional need was identified. Heated towel bars that were finished to match the brassware. No problem. We supplied electric towel bars in a ‘Cool Sunrise‘ finish and these were controlled, along with the ThermoSphere Mesh mats using ThermoSphere‘s unique Dual Control thermostat. The electric underfloor heating was subbed out to the electrical contractor and a call off schedule was created so the heating systems could be delivered to the right
apartment locations which saved time on site. An installation test log was produced to record resistance readings to ensure each ThermoSphere Mesh mat wasn‘t damaged during installation.

Additionally for the shared ownership apartments, ThermoSphere supplied pre-filled chrome ladder towel rails. Landmark Pinnacle had the complete ThermoSphere bathroom package!
